Leadership & Credentials
Valhalla Fitness was established in 2021 and has been serving the community with structured, strength-focused training ever since.
The gym is led by Head Trainer Ben Andreotta, who brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and thousands of hours coaching group sessions. Ben has built a system grounded in fundaments and science-based progression.
He holds:
StrongFirst Kettlebell Girya Level 2 (SFG II)
StrongFirst Lifter Barbell Certification (SFL)
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Precision Nutrition Level 1
CPR/AED Certification
StrongFirst certifications are among the most technically demanding strength credentials in the industry, emphasizing precision, power, and movement quality under load.
Ben continues to train and refine his craft — because great coaches never stop learning.
Valhalla is co-owned and operating alongside Ben’s wife, Nicole, who oversees systems, member experience, and accountability structure — ensuring the progress you see on the floor is supported outside the gym as well.
